DRAMM extends its sincere thanks and gratitude to Theresa Krejcarek for her many years of service and wishes her a happy and fulfilling retirement.
Manitowoc, Wisconsin – May 7, 2026 – The Dramm Corporation announces the retirement of Office Manager Theresa Krejcarek. As one of the company’s original employees, Theresa will be honored with a celebration in May. The Dramm family is humbled by her 47 years of service and dedication.
Theresa began her career at DRAMM on May 21, 1979, while she was still in high school. She was hired by Kurt Dramm, who needed proficient and reliable office help. At that time, the company employed less than ten people. Theresa started in the office while also assisting in the factory whenever additional support was needed, demonstrating early on her strong work ethic and commitment to DRAMM.
Over the years, Theresa was promoted to Office Manager, where she oversaw daily administrative operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and managing the office staff. Her friendly, can do attitude, strong organizational skills, and leadership ensured the office ran smoothly each day.
Over the course of her career, DRAMM has grown to employ more than 90 team members. Theresa played a significant role in that growth, contributing greatly as the company steadily expanded from a small business operation into a worldwide corporation. She has long been a valued and trusted member of the DRAMM team.

Reflecting on her career, Theresa shared:
“I feel very blessed to have spent my career at The Dramm Corporation. The Dramm family is a wonderful family to work for, and I truly enjoyed building relationships with customers, vendors, sales representatives, and colleagues over the years.
I am forever grateful to Kurt Dramm for hiring me, for the many opportunities I was given, and to Hans Dramm and Heidi Dramm Becker for continuing the family business.
After 47 years, you not only prepare mentally and physically, but emotionally as well. I retire with a humble and grateful heart and wish The Dramm Corporation continued success for many years to come.”
In retirement, Theresa and her husband look forward to spending time in the Northwoods of Wisconsin, traveling, and enjoying more time with their family.
DRAMM extends its sincere thanks and gratitude to Theresa for her many years of service and wishes her a happy and fulfilling retirement.
